Roles and Descriptions
The Board of Directors has a fiduciary duty to the Eagle Ridge Association. As such, fiscal and management responsibilities are significant. To accomplish these assigned duties, the Board of Directors are vested with suitable authority. As a Director, you will act in concert with the other board members in making decisions to maintain the highest standard of living for all owners. These duties may be assigned to other entities, such as a management company, but the board is ultimately responsible to see that they are carried out.
