Where do my HOA dues go?
The HOA dues are applied toward maintenance of trails, common areas, parks and the pond. For a detailed breakout list, please contact WEB Properties at 509.533.0995.
 
When is the next Annual Homeowners Association meeting?
The Annual Homeowners meeting is held in June and details are mailed to homeowners at least 2 weeks prior.
The HOA Board meets quarterly and home owners are welcome to attend. For details contact

Where do I find a copy of the Architectual Guidelines?
Copies of the guidelines are available on the WEB properties web site WEB Properties at admin@webpropertiesinc.com.
  Please have your landscape plans ready for review by late sring or early summer to ensure a timely approval.
 
Do you have a solicitation policy for Eagle Ridge?
Yes. The HOA is not able to police solicitation within the community but has made the decision to allow homeowners to display a NO SOLICITATION notice on their door. If this is not honored please contact the City Code Enforcement Department for action.

What is your pet leash policy within the community?
All pets must be kept on a leash when in public areas  in accordance with the City of Spokane leash laws subject to A fine of $87.
