Road Construction Reminder
The four-month long project to relieve much of the stress accessing Hwy. 195 from Meadow Lane Rd. is underway.

As always with this type of work, there will be delays as we all try to figure out the new logistics, so we suggest allowing a few more minutes for your trip. Perhaps even consider using Cedar Rd or Qualchan as an alternative to Eagle Ridge Blvd. For more details, read the full article in the Community News and Alerts—on the Home Page.

Community-wide Events

April 21 - 6:00pm HOA Quarterly Meeting at St. John’s Lutheran Church.

April 25 - Wildfire evacuation drill for Eagle Ridge and surrounding areas, in the morning.

April 28 - 5:30pm City sponsored town hall at St. John's Lutheran Church. Details are being worked out, but various city departments are expected to attend, and we will be able to ask questions.

SEMI-ANNUAL GARAGE SALE

Location: Several Sites in Eagle Ridge

8am to 3pm

Description:
This semi-annual garage sale is designed for a community wide opportunity to sell to others. Some neighbors have combined with other people on your block to attract customers. Usual start time is 8AM, or when you are set up anytime after that.
All advertising to people outside of Eagle Ridge is on your own. Temporary address signs with directions are permissible, but it is your personal responsibility to place them effectively and retrieve them after the sale.

NOTE: Individual garage sales are permissible at any time during the year.
