J-Turn Project Requires Meadowlane Closure

Eagle Ridge Boulevard/HWY 195 Construction.

The S. Meadowlane Road exit on the west side of U.S. 195 will reopen to traffic on Monday, June 15.

Northbound motorists will continue using the detour at the Cheney-Spokane Road exit to access S. Meadowlane Road while crews work in the median. Southbound traffic attempting to turn left onto E.

Meadowlane Road, including traffic headed to Qualchan Golf Course, will also need to follow the posted detour.

U.S. 195 is currently reduced to one lane in each direction between Cheney-Spokane Road and Hatch Road. The u-turn is expected to be paved and open to traffic on June 28.

Crews will demobilize after that work, then return from July 27 through August 10 to complete striping, overhead lighting and signage, and landscaping. Detours will be in place during this work.

The project is expected to be complete on August 10.
